HISTORY

In 2024, Paul and Kym Prouty, owners of NCPM, expanded their business reach with the purchase of The Pivetti Company. Shortly afterward, the company was rebranded as Pivetti Property Management.

Services Provided:

Kym partnered with CREATIVE DESIGN & CONSULTING to develop a new logo that would reflect the company’s vision and strengthen its brand identity.

Following the logo launch, we designed and produced a complete custom business stationery package, including:

• Business cards for office staff
• Executive business cards for Kym and Paul representing their individual companies
• Letterhead
• #10 envelopes
• 10” x 13” catalog mailer envelopes

For several years prior to the rebrand, CREATIVE DESIGN & CONSULTING provided monthly website maintenance services for The Pivetti Company. After transitioning to Pivetti Property Management, Kym continued working with us and commissioned the development of a new website designed to showcase the company’s brand, services, and growing presence in the region.

In early 2025, Kym and Paul Prouty purchased an office building located at 956 San Benito Street. Over the following months, they completed extensive repairs, upgrades, and a full remodel of one of the office suites before relocating their company there later that year.

We were hired to design and produce signage for the new location, including:

• Building signage
• Office door signs for all tenants, including Dr. Phan, Pivetti Property Management, and Dara Lampe

Pivetti Property Management also manages the Adam Square Building at 330 Tres Pinos Road, where we produce and installed:

• Window and door vinyl for the Executive Suites building
• An interior framed name directory

In addition, Pivetti Property Management manages Village Green Apartments at 450 Tres Pinos Road, where we designed and installed an updated building sign for the property.

As the company continues to grow, Kym plans to expand the brand further through promotional items and customer giveaways for both tenants and property owners.

With a business foundation established over many years, Pivetti Property Management continues to evolve to meet the needs of San Benito County’s growing population. Their commitment to responsive, people-focused customer service has helped strengthen relationships with both owners and tenants while expanding their market presence.
